Amy Parker is a Coach with more than 20 years of leadership experience and more than 500 hours coaching experience since 2016.  Her clients include both public and private sector leaders; individuals and groups: civilians and military officers, hospital administrators, finance, IT and HR professionals at the US Departments of Defense, Veterans Affairs, and Agriculture; companies such as Boeing, Warner Bros., The Four Seasons, and Goodyear. Amy is skilled in administering the Hogan personality assessments and 360 assessments. Between June 2019-August 2021, Amy was the Department of Veterans Affairs Chief Learning Officer.  Prior to this, she was Executive Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and Chief of Staff for VA’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining VA, she worked at the Pentagon on man-power and budget initiatives, and has private sector experience as a defense contract program manager from 2001-2006. Prior to 2001, Amy was a restaurateur and professional chef.
