Jolanta Pol Bayyoud

Jolanta began her career as an educational leader, working with children and young people with special educational needs in the Middle East. She then transitioned into coaching,  focusing on Trauma. She is a member of ICF, and I hold the ACC status.

Her decision to move into coaching builds on over 30 years of experience leading and coaching a multinational team of 50, all while building a regionally renowned department. As part of my role in education, she developed and integrated coaching systems among staff, which fostered collaboration and facilitated growth.

Her background in cultural anthropology enables a deeper understanding of the importance of community. She use Red Team Thinking strategies to assist groups, organisations, and companies in their quest to achieve Clarity - Capability - Culture

In addition, she worked with individuals impacted by trauma she is passionate about helping women and have particular expertise working with women during challenging life transitions.
