Building on more than 20 years of experience in management and leadership, Felicia helps leaders lead diverse teams, improve communication throughout organizations, and make change happen. Felicia has over 12 years of experience consulting at PwC, where she successfully navigated complex business issues, leading clients through major strategic shifts and operational changes.
In addition to her practical experience, Felicia has completed extensive coach training and is a Board- Certified Coach and Team Coach. Felicia is deeply involved in the Miami Community, sitting on the Junior Achievement and Junior League of Miami boards and is on the Executive Planning Committee in the Leadership Miami program through the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
